The Fourth District Court clerk and Juab County court staff serve different court files from the shared 160 N Main Street address in Nephi. Use 435-623-0901 for a District Court case and 435-623-3440 for a Juab County Justice Court case. The county Justice Court publishes hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday.
Nephi City Justice Court keeps its own city docket. Its office lists 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, with court held Mondays except holidays. The city page does not print a street address, so call 435-623-1263 to confirm the current room before traveling.
